Support VINFOSOLUTIONS for Full-life cycle staff augmentation recruiting InformationTechnology, Financial, Business collaboratively with internal client teams• Chosen by senior management to source for newly acquired billion-dollar clients to ensurerecruiting success.• Attends in-take calls with manager to discuss requirements to understand exactly what is needed• Develops an understanding of requirements to effectively recruit/source high-level contractrequirements.• Develops professional summary to highlight consultant’s skills as it pertains to requirements.• Utilizes online recruiting resources job boards, in-house ATS and professional networkingincluding LinkedIn contacts).• Interview all candidates presented to hiring managers• Handle high level complex positions, evaluation and analysis of skills and experience to determinematch to client needs.• Confer with account leadership to identify staffing needs, challenges with position regarding skills,requirements, compensation, location, talent pool, workforce planning strategies, and searchoptions.• Manages scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.• Maintain documentation on all candidates, hiring managers’ interactions, and other recruitingactivities• Interviews all candidates presented to hiring managers and includes the use of advancedtechnology to conduct behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.• Develop an effective pipeline for repetitive requirements of key talent potentially available forimmediate hire.
