   Analyze production process, procedure and workflow to identify area for improvement in efficiency and cost effectiveness- Responsible for conducting Time and Study methods by using MOST and STOPWATCH across the switches & sockets and Circuit Breaker manufacturing process. The studies are conducted to establish production targets, KPI\'s and precise process cost data within the ERP system (SAP)- Observing the production lines that identify, bottlenecks, defects and other issues that affect efficiency and quality- Preparing reports, instructions and diagrams that detail process and procedures. These documents help to ensure consistency and compliance with standard- Supporting continuous improvement by participating in meetings and discussions on process improvement, cost reduction and quality improvement and provide suggestions based on analysis and observation- Estimate the cost of material, labour and overhead associated with processes or projects and ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in SAP related to process cost, including updating cost structures and Bills of material (BOM)
