Leading a QA team of more than 10 people, consisting of both onshore and offshore analysts- Working with all facets of quality assurance including functional, performance, regression, and UAT testing- Develop and maintain automated tests using Python and the Robot test framework- Embedded within the BASEL Program team as specialist QA, with a focus on OSFI reports like Pillar3, NCR and IMR - Actively running daily status meetings and coordinating with the developers and testers to create test plans and estimates- Strong understanding the SOT defect management, with proficiently managing and moving the defects through workflow cycles- Major Software – SQL, Robot framework, Excel, SQL, JIRA – Python, Pandas
