   Rack-level protection– Designed OCI’s rack-level protection (RLP) service from the ground up, creating the first end-to-end workflow and tooling to retrieve, validate, and whitelist DB Sentry IPs across multi-rack, multi-site datacenter environments.– Converted an entirely manual and error-prone process into a structured, automated, globally consistent workflow; trained a 4-member international ops team to operationalize it across new sites.OCIR migrations and reliability– Led global Instance Pool migration and ARM migration for OCIR, resolving architecture and compatibility gaps and coordinating rollout sequencing across engineering and operations.– Owned debugging for migration-related live-site events, isolating dependency, networking, and configuration failures to maintain registry availability.Container Registry bootstrap– Bootstrapped OCI Container Registry for new regions by coordinating networking, storage, compute imaging, and IAM dependencies required for registry activation.– Delivered a predictable, automation-ready bootstrap flow that improved region launch reliability and reduced manual intervention across teams.Operational excellence– Owned OCI-wide intercoms for OCIR, driving structured triage, root cause analysis, and long-term corrective actions across Engineering, Security, and Service teams.– Reduced repeated LSE patterns and operational load through systemic fixes and improved readiness processes.Region Build leadership– Led Compute Imaging workstreams for Region Build, overseeing all imaging, bootstrapping, application readiness, and cross-team execution for new region bring-up.– Identified and closed automation gaps in imaging and bootstrap pipelines, improved build throughput, and unblocked partner teams during war rooms to ensure on-schedule region launches.I focus on scaling cloud infrastructure, driving cross-team execution, and delivering automation that accelerates OCI’s global region rollout.
