Hi I am Ghazala.I am currently leading the E Commerce channel at Dabur India Limited with a diverse portfolio of over 150 brands managed across the platforms.With the support of my team, I lead iconic brands like Dabur Chyawanprash, Dabur Honey, Red Toothpaste, Dabur Lal Tail, Meswak, Pudin Hara, Shilajit etc. for all the various E Commerce formats/accounts. New launches, shopper marketing and performance marketing form the base for E Commerce business at Dabur.Prior to this I was part of the Modern Trade team as National Key Accounts Manager at Marico Limited managing well known brands like Parachute, Saffola, Livon, Mediker, Revive, KeepSafe, Fittify etc.As NKAM at Marico, I managed business for one of the biggest Modern Trade retailers in the country - Reliance Retail Ltd. Prior to this, I managed Future Retail Ltd and regional and operational connect for D Mart Marico business. I was also responsible for Marico Gourmet Brand business for Food Hall & Nature\'s Basket.I worked with a team of 2 Key Account Executives and together we handled a portfolio of products across multiple categories like hair care, skin care, home care, health & hygiene, male grooming, breakfast, healthy edible oils, beverages. etc. During my stint at Marico, I was recognized as the best KAM (MT) last year and also received the CEO award for Best Sales Disruptor (Organized Trade) for FY 20-21.I started my professional career in 2015 as a leadership associate with Aditya Birla Group where I worked as a National Category Manager with Aditya Birla Retail Limited (ABRL) and managed core FMCG portfolios - Hair Care, Skin Care and Biscuits. As a National Category Manager, I handled a mix of regional, national and multinational brands like Dove, L\'Oreal, Parachute, Pantene, Vaseline, Himalaya, Meera, Dhathri, Good Day, Parle, Oreo etc. for a network of over 600 retail outlets.I am a hard core sales and business development enthusiast skilled in Business Planning, Supply Chain, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Go To Market strategy, Retail Formats, Event Planning, Performance Marketing and Shopper Marketing. I am a Physics graduate from Delhi University with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from IIM Bangalore.
