Zero Routine Flaring Project Manager for Bakken wells: aiming to eliminate routine flaring. Conducted a comprehensive assessment of flaring volumes and analyzed infrastructure for handling the gas and potential debottlenecking. Infrastructure upgrade requested and presented to VP of the Hess as part of the greenhouse gas reduction projects.• Monthly Gross oil review meeting: analyzed and validated the gross oil production for monthly reports for yearly new well’s gross oil production profile• 5-year development plan, known as QLA process :Part of the coordination reservoir engineering team to collaborate with Mid-Stream HESIM to compile and process Bakken’s 5- yr development plan and facility construction, by identifying constrains and facility/pipeline limitations across the Basin reporting and presenting to the subsurface, planning & design and operations teams• Project Manager for Depletion- parent-child effect and interference study for well spacing in Bakken• Flow back analysis and Mid-stream-operations engagement in Bakken assets• Constrained analysis Tools: Created a SPOTFIRE dashboard that implemented an estimation methodology to automatically calculate and estimate the new well’s constraints/ Midstream capacity and forecasted a new production profile for all the Bakken new wells in the next 5 years. This is used to estimate the amount of Deferred oil volume caused by Mid-stream limitations• Lookback process project manager: have been coordinating and analyzed in a structured review past reservoir developments for multiple batches to compare with their analogs involving a cross functional effort including completion, drilling, geologists, geoscientists, production engineering and operations. conducted to evaluate the outcomes of implemented strategies, compare them against initial forecasts, and identify lessons learned.• Well Planning Improvements: Supported the team in identifying and implementing improvements to our well planning process
