Performance Analysis: Build and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) on operational efficiency, costs, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Conduct ad hoc studies to understand variances and propose corrective actions.• Continuous Improvement: Lead process optimization projects (reducing waiting times, optimizing workflows, minimizing waste). Apply Lean/Kaizen methodologies (5S, PDCA) and manage change alongside field teams.• Transport Chain Optimization: Manage route or trip margins and propose improvements (reducing empty runs, improving stock rotation, configuring dispatch or TMS tools).• Project Management: Work closely with operations managers, site managers, and field teams to gather requirements, share analyses, and implement new tools and action plans.• Automation and Digitalization: Contribute to the deployment of tools (BI, interactive dashboards) and the automation of reports to streamline decision-making and improve data reliability.
