Joining FirstElement Fuel when we were just a handful of scrappy, mission-driven people, I’ve had a front-row seat to one of the most ambitious clean-energy buildouts in the world. In those early days, we were focused on pure execution—often moving faster than our processes could keep up. Over time, we evolved from a startup mindset into a company ready for scale, building the systems, structure, and discipline needed for expansion.Today, with more than 100 employees and the largest hydrogen-refueling network on the planet, it still feels like we’re just getting started.What has made this journey truly extraordinary is the team—watching individuals grow into confident leaders, embrace challenges, and execute a vision that many once thought impossible. As CTO/COO, I’ve had the privilege of helping architect our technology, develop and mature our operational processes, support our people as they rise, and guide the company through rapid expansion.I remain deeply committed to our mission of building a clean-energy future, and I’m proud of everything we’ve achieved together—yet even more excited about what comes next.
