   Onboarding new hires across multiple departments, and training across multiple platforms, ERP system, and SOP’s. Led and assisted in 150+ hrs of onboarding and training for the newly implemented business development department at Emsere, regionally as well as globally. Led and Assisted in setup, maintenance, and finalization of Clinical Trial projects for top clients within the organization. Created and monitored current and past contracts by setting up project and risk management plans. Monitor Emsere’s top client’s budget and purchase orders by communicating to client/stakeholders via email and weekly meetings. Monitor the continuity of projects by ongoing reviews and amendments when required. Support setup, maintenance, and finalization of projects within the organization. Generating required or requested client reports on-demand, daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly as specified by the client and/or dedicated Project Manager. Create, Review, and proof over $5M in client quotes and assist with the creation of, or proofing of, client invoicing. Maintain/update the Project Management’s process/items in ERP system, SharePoint, and any other platform (associated with administrative tasks related to the Project Management responsibilities). Supporting the making of documentation and progress reports of the current projects. Contribute to the departmental key performance indicators (KPI). Communicate on a frequent basis with internal and external stakeholders
