ABOUT GHAIDA ALDHAHRI
Curiosity drives my work at the interface of biomedical research and policy. I am a Biomedical Engineering senior specializing in nanotechnology and drug delivery, with a minor in Public Policy Analysis. My focus is on designing smart biomaterials that move beyond the lab to make tangible impact in patient care. With a foundation in laboratory research, computational methods, and policy analysis, I am dedicated to translating biomedical innovations into real-world solutions for critical healthcare challenges. I founded INSTEP to cultivate policy-literate scientists prepared to carry innovation into the systems that shape society, and I also contribute to student leadership through the Society for Biomaterials and BU Engineering Government, as well as global communities such as the KAUST Gifted Student Program and the Saudi Leadership Society.
