As a Payroll Executive at SCYMES Services Pvt. Ltd, I am responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, statutory compliance, and employee support related to compensation.Key Responsibilities:Process monthly payroll for all employees with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.Validate attendance, leave records, and overtime to ensure proper payroll calculations.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax.Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns (e.g, PF, ESI, PT, TDS).Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for smooth payroll execution and reconciliations.Handle employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, payslips, and reimbursements.Maintain and update payroll records in HRMS and internal systems.Assist in year-end processes including Form 16 generation and audit support.Keep up-to-date with labor laws and statutory changes to ensure payroll compliance.Skills & Tools:MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)Knowledge of Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, and other labor lawsAttention to detail and confidentialityTime management and problem-solving abilities
