Paralegal in the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) segment of leading provider of global electronic payment services. Assisting in the legal operation of the world\'s largest independently owned ATM network across multiple jurisdictions (UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Americas). • Drafting and reviewing cross-jurisdictional agreements relating to the ATM and payments industry (lease agreements, outsourcing partnerships with banks/financial institutions, network participation agreements, etc.), and general/ad hoc commercial agreements (NDAs, referral agreements, etc.), in four different languages (English, French, Arabic and Spanish). • Preparation of legal briefs to ensure compliance with existing laws and regulations in the UK and Europe (privacy, Financial Regulations, employment, operational resilience, etc.). • Advising EFT segment entities on legal matters across multiple jurisdictions (UK, Europe, Middle East, LATAM). • Corporate & secretarial (updating company records, drafting board resolution, shareholder resolutions, PoAs, etc.)
