About Ghada Donahue

An international development professional with more than 12 years of experience supporting USAID funded programs in Iraq, Sudan, Afghanistan and Tunisia. Worked in management programs that strengthened democratic institutions in transitional and post-conflict environments with the National Democratic Institute (NDI). Experienced in civil society programming, political process and election observation, grant management and building NGO capacities; and efforts to empower civil society and strengthen pluralist governance. Seeking to bring my extensive skills and abilities to work with local nationals and international personnel to add value to your organization and its beneficiaries. Tasked with providing training and technical assistance to various Election Teams and local NGOs in Arabic and English, provided administrative and capacity building to the local organizations as well as meeting and supporting election commissions in Iraq and Sudan.
