Gaurav began his real estate career in 2002 as a Philadelphia real estate agent after graduating from Drexel University, where he studied Computer Science, Business, and Mathematics. Gambhir has accumulated 20 years of broad experience across various real estate facets, including Financing, Negotiating, Tenant Fit-Outs, Property Management, Brokerage, Acquisition, Sales in both Residential, Commercial and Industrial real estate. He is the Owner and Founder of TCS Group (originally The Condo Shop), which boasts a team of over 80 agents. He also serves as the Founder and Director of Ancillary Services at KW Empower, where he oversees more than 1,100+ agents and leads one of the largest residential brokerages in Pennsylvania. Under his leadership, KW Empower has the biggest market share in Philadelphia, maintaining the number one position in the city since its launch in January 2024. With a projected sales volume of $4 billion for 2024, KW Empower continues to thrive under Gaurav’s guidance. Gaurav strongly believes that all agents and clients should be given and taught how to build financial independence and coaches that philosophy to those around him. He launched an agent centric Title company named One Team Abstract and an insurance division Customer First Insurance.With the idea of providing end to end solutions in Real Estate, Gaurav founded TCS Management, Madison Parke, Black Label Luxury, Rent Philly, and SNA Renovations. Gaurav was involved in launching multiple funds for the purchase and renovation of single family housing units in Philadelphia.
