Since Summer 2024, an exclusive group of 10 college and university students or recent graduates has participated each summer in an eight-week television industry mentorship experience. Participants engage in virtual Q&A conversations with top television executives, including Television Academy Chair Cris Abrego; OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network) President Tina Perry; Netflix Vice President of Nonfiction Series and Sports Brandon Riegg; and production company leaders Arthur Smith (Hell’s Kitchen, America’s Top Ninja Warrior) and Layne Eskridge (Lady in the Lake, Manhunt).Each participant is paired with an industry mentor and receives ongoing mentorship and support from Gezim Gashi, bestselling author of Unlocked: The Power of You.

ABOUT GEZIM GASHI
Gezim Gashi is an entrepreneur, producer, keynote speaker and author. Gezim became the first Albanian and Swede to launch and develop a high school institute in the United States, 2019 — @ocsiai located in Los Angeles, California. He has launched and developed several entertainment educational platforms in Europe and has produced and created tv-formats for major networks such as Walt Disney Company UK — “Music Academy” co-creator/producer. Gezim is a former refugee from Kosovo, who with his family moved to Sweden for a better future. Gezim is a story teller who’s journey has been recognized by Forbes and Huffington Post. Gezim Gashi spoke at Harvard University 2020 and debuted at Number #1 on Amazon in US with the self-help book “Unlocked: The Power of You” November 29 2021.
