Monitor AI R&D projects with risks, budgets, manpower, timelines, and deliverables, working in a cross-time-zone environment with Researchers and Engineers across the UK, EU, and APAC- Collect data from multiple resources, designing project status reports and office reports to Team Leaders, Director, Operations Manager and COO monthly to ensure timely project delivery and the yearly KPI- Help to implement compliance for standard ways of project management and portfolio management, effectively responding to needs and questions- Collaborate with Project Managers to write milestone reports, meeting minutes, and action plans. Collaborate with Legal and Tax teams to draft basic contracts. Ensuring deliverables processes and financial balances run smoothly- Act as a key contact with Suppliers, External Researchers, and Clients with tailored communication tunes, contributing clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle- Plan and execute AI, Vision, and Computing collaboration workshops, competitions, and conferences, coordinating with external stakeholders to maintain a smooth process and to expand brand and technology recognition
