Sean leads complex digital transformation and modernization projects for Fortune 100 companies across technology and industry sectors, both nationally and internationally. He specializes in Solution and Application Architecture and Design, plus delivery whether on-premise, private, or public Cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS). Sean is a founding leader of Deloitte’s Architecture practice, now part of Deloitte Engineering. He developed Deloitte\'s Assessment Methodology building the capability and establishing standard methods, conducting hundreds of assessments for clients across industries. These assessments define a north star architecture, a roadmap to achieve it, and estimations based on proven methods to quantify investments.As a hands-on architect, Sean\'s career began as a software engineer and developed into an architect through many years in the trenches. With 25 years of experience in technology, Sean spent 10+ years working with Federal, State, and Local Government, and another 10+ leading commercial companies in industries such as Automotive, Healthcare, and Retail. Over the past decade, he has advised clients on how to architect, build, and operate systems to be most effective in a hybrid ecosystem. Sean is passionate about nurturing the next generation of Engineering leaders in his craft and at Deloitte. He recruits for Deloitte Engineering at many of the top Engineering and Computer Science programs in the country every year.
