With over 10 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, I am a driven and visionary leader who strives to make a positive impact in the lives of others. I founded CONNECTED Talent Acquisition Agency in 2020, with the mission of providing exceptional service to both job seekers and employers. I have a strong expertise in finance and law, as well as a certification in developing HR strategies and aligning them with organizational goals.In my most recent role as an Interim Human Resources Director at Domestic Violence Resource Center, I supported the organization\'s staff and collaborated with the Executive Team to drive the vision of the organization. I managed all aspects of HR functions, including employee benefits, performance management, training and development, and compliance.I also partnered with Avantor for 6 years as an external recruiter. While working for them as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner full time, I managed a team of 4 recruiters, reporting to the Global TA Director and CEO. I managed the budget and reporting, collaborated with hiring managers & HR for staffing needs interviews and hiring.
