Develop training curricula inclusive of user guides, training videos, workshops, and FAQs to support new user onboarding and added functionality in line with the product roadmap. • Work in collaboration with Programme and Project Managers, Implementation Partner, Product Managers and the Enterprise Operations Team to analyse and support new training and development needs. • Global rollout including in APAC, India and America. Work with regional ‘champions’ to develop and maintain a train the trainer model. • Ensure training materials and knowledgebases (SharePoint sites) are kept up to date. • Creation of training material including training presentations, training exercises and user guides. • Own new employee onboarding to ensure team members are quickly trained on internal processes, methodology and best practices.
