14 years of playing Basketball taught me what good teamwork is made of:🤝 Trust.🪧 Transparency. Efficient communication. One goal.These are core values, which I apply in my work environment every day, and which I think are key in achieving impactful results. My job as a Product Owner embraces all parts of teamwork that I have learned in theory and practice. Like passing the ball to one of my team members in my Basketball era to proceed forward, I get new insights from the User Experience (UX) Team on how tools need to look/ work like to support our Cement Plant colleagues.Once having gathered all requirements, I schedule a 360 review to discuss the technical solution with a team of developers. Our goals are to meet customer needs and to add business value, with state-of-the-art technologies at lowest cost.The best part about it: I work with inspiring experts, learn something new every day and get to know about the innovative projects Heidelberg Materials’ is working on. If you had told the \"past-university-me\" that I would be working on digital transformation in the Cement Industry one day, I would not have believed you.I had no idea of how digital applications are built as I focused on International Business Relations, Sustainability and Project Management in my studies.But here I am. Driven by challenges and curiosity, realizing that I am not alone in this digital journey. My motivation is highest when we solve pain points and create impact to achieve Heidelberg Materials’ goal to become the first industrial tech company in the sector.
