Gerry was appointed COO (Chief Operating Officer) in September 2023. He joined SCA in January 2020 following the acquisition by SCA of his very successful sweeping business. With his years at SCA, Gerry held multiple titles including Regional VP for the Midwest District, the Director of Integration for post 2020 acquisitions and VP of National Operations.In his current position as COO, Gerry leads our SCA team with a quality and safety-focused mindset throughout all Field Operations. Implementing and continuously improving key field metrics including labor, revenue, and efficiencies. Delivering a consistent organizational message and identifying key market growth and acquisition strategies while interacting and negotiating with leading vendors and customers.Gerry has 36 years of sweeping experience. Prior to joining SCA, He was President & CEO of Contract Sweepers and Equipment (CSE). CSE was one of the largest sweeping companies in the country as well as a dealer for street sweeping equipment. He was a founding member of the North American Power Sweeping Association (NAPSA) and President.Gerry is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Marketing and minor in Economics.
