I am an innovative and visionary executive with over 20 years’ experience solving large scale and complex problems in the airline, helicopter, and MRO industries. I am at my best when inspiring and leading teams through business transformation and high-profile projects, with an \"always on\" mindset and a demonstrated ability to own and deliver seemingly impossible solutions while under pressure. Personally, I have lived through adversity and use my life experiences, conscientiousness, and pragmatic thinking to lead.I am keen in applying my passion for the sector and my particular set of skills in helping create, grow and execute the next generation of innovative aviation and aerospace solutions, and to help other companies in the sector master the transformation that is necessary to face the needs of the 21st century successfully.I focus on the big picture and thrive on solving the most challenging problems and take personal accountability to always deliver as promised. Achievements include:• Leading the electric aircraft revolution and delivering the world’s first all-electric powered commercial test flight Dec 2019.• Building and leading a team of 8 Sr. managers globally (Brazil, Australia, Nigeria, Netherlands, Scotland, Norway, England, and Canada) to resolve a longstanding issue of not delivering offshore oil & gas contracts on time. My team executed a portfolio of over 30 aviation operations (AOC\'s)/business units a year resulting in $500M USD of additional annual revenue and becoming the world leader in our sector.• Transforming a large MRO in the UK with over staff and 1 million square feet across multiple facilities to diversify the business into a mix of commercial and military customers and securing long term revenue.I have gained functional experience across multiple areas including: Strategic Partnerships, Sales, Business Development, Operations, Project/Program Leadership, Contract Negotiations, Maintenance/Engineering/R&D, MRO Leadership, Government Relations, Marketing, Board of Directors, Digital Technology, HR, Joint Ventures, Private Equity due diligence, M&A Execution, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics.Accountable Executive responsible for compliance with CAR\'s (Transport Canada).
