An experienced people manager having organised and supervised construction & facility management teams. I have extensive experience in all elements of building services installations including, facility survey, work scope development, tender analysis, installation, cost management & reporting through to completion and in-depth systems training. Proficient in the preparation of Method Statements, Risk Assessments & ‘Safe Start’ documentation. With an electrical bias, my experience is extensive across all aspects of building services in the following environments; Data & call centres, Entertainment, Hygiene, Educational, Commercial, Industrial & Domestic.
