The Change Maker Group is a collective of highly experienced change experts who share an ethos, values and drive for enabling organisations to succeed with change. We do this by helping organisations to identify, develop and engage their change-makers effectively in the process of creating the organisation they need to be. By creating change-makers within organisations who have the right mind-sets, motivations and skills, we help to build resilience and ensure change is sustainable. Our goal is to leave a legacy of change capability which enables the organisation to meet the current and future challenges they face without the need for external help. Organisations and teams benefit from the wide range of skills and expertise we offer including strategic development, leadership and people development, personal and team performance, culture and behavioural acceleration, business analysis, programme management and just about everything in between that relates to change.My particular role is to enable leaders and managers to discover and implement new ways of thinking, organising and behaving at work that brings about significant changes in levels of performance and reliability. A key part of this work is also to ensure that the change process exemplifies and supports the desired business culture. The Change Maker Group, team members also happen to be creatives, beekeepers, therapists, photographers, artists, trainers, and more. This rich diversity, creativity and expertise help us to tackle change in new ways so organisations can succeed through their people.
