I am responsible for guiding the business through our tax technology and process improvement solutions which encompasses, among other things, the following- Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of our tax compliance system- Onboard current and new clients into our tax compliance system- Manage a team of 3 Tax Data Analysts that are responsible for client data translation, implementations, and tax compliance- Oversee software and tax process training- Drive internal process improvement- Assist with client sales and onboarding questions related to tax, data and technology
