ABOUT GERRY BARTH
Results-driven operations leader with a foundation in finance and supply chain. I currently serve as the Director of International Operations for Jersey Mike\'s Franchise Systems. In this role, I lead our international expansion strategy, working to grow our global footprint while maintaining operational excellence and brand integrity in diverse markets.My journey with the company began in 2017 after graduating from West Virginia University with a bachelor\'s degree in Accounting. I first joined the accounting department, where I developed a well-rounded understanding of our financial and operational processes for corporate store accounting. In 2019, I transitioned into a supply chain coordinator role, where I managed inventory and procurement across our stores during the challenges of the global pandemic. This experience deepened my expertise in supply chain resilience and logistics.In 2021, I moved into operations, co-directing our company store division, further expanding my leadership capabilities and in-store operational insight. Most recently, in 2023, I took on the responsibility for international expansion efforts and was recently promoted in 2025 to Director of International Operations.I also hold an MBA with a focus in supply chain management from Monmouth University, which has further equipped me to align strategy with execution across complex, multi-national operations.I’m passionate about scaling globally, building efficient systems, and developing high-performing teams to deliver sustainable growth.
