ABOUT GERRIT PELZER
At the heart of my work is a deep understanding of human behavior in organizations and how the brain and mind function. I help leaders be their best selves more often through an approach that uniquely combines the latest insights from applied neuroscience with the timeless wisdom of Asian traditions. Practically, this means my executive coaching focuses on exploring who you are and what you bring to leadership as the unique person you are.
