I am working with Accenture for over 17 years – and the last 10 I spent doing one thing really well: delivering large-scale SAP transformations for Retail, Fashion, and Consumer Goods companies. I led programs with up to 200 Accenture resources, worked across Europe, Asia, Australia, and North and South America – and I know what it takes to go from blueprint to Go-Live in some of the most complex environments. My sweet spot sits at the intersection of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Retail – leading programs end-to-end, across the full value chain from Procurement, Logistics and Warehousing to POS integration. I delivered multiple major S/4 Finance and Central Finance implementations, E2E Retail transformations and built rollout templates that have been applied across multiple markets and country clusters. As CEE Consumer Technology Lead at Accenture, I now bring this experience to the region – and as SAP Business Group Talent Agenda Lead, I am also focused on developing the next generation of AI empowered SAP consultants.
