As the Chairperson of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Board at The Wellington School, I lead our efforts to cultivate an inclusive and equitable educational environment. My role involves:Strategizing and Implementing DEIB Initiatives: Developing comprehensive strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the school community.
