I’m an IT Security Manager at Bank of Africa UK, a prominent international bank specialising in African investment. With over a decade of experience in IT infrastructure, security, and cybersecurity, I’ve collaborated with both public and private sector organisations across diverse industries.My responsibilities include monitoring IT security, documenting security policies, implementing technology controls, and managing disaster recovery plans. I also support various IT infrastructure projects, such as migrating from Windows V-Filer to Windows 10, providing Office 365 support, and implementing Mobile Device Management. Additionally, I specialise in cybersecurity risk assessment and management, ensuring the protection of IT infrastructure and data from cyber threats.I hold multiple certifications in IT security, business analysis, and project management, including CISM, CCAK, ITIL, and PRINCE 2. I’m proficient in security systems, Varonis, technical support, and various IT tools and platforms. I’m also bilingual, fluent in Spanish.My mission is to safeguard the IT infrastructure and data of Bank of Africa UK and its clients from cyber threats and risks.
