Managing Director of Equinox Training Ltd, specialising in investigative skills development and training, with the offer of award winning design; bespoke programme development and expert led delivery. Learning programmes are designed with the flexibility to meet the needs of individual organisations. Courses can be split into units or modules and delivery can be face to face, synchronous online delivery, self-directed delivery, or a true blend of all 3 with the right delivery method employed for the right reasons. Development of every programme has the needs of the customer organisations very much front and centre. Curriculum content may be directed at a national level, but individual organisations have their own structure, processes, culture and even language that will be built into the development of each product. The Equinox Training Ltd delivery team are fully qualified educators, our delivery lead has recently graduated with distinction from Staffordshire University with a post graduate certificate in professional and higher education. We have currently accredited Senior Investigating Officers and investigators covering all investigative disciplines including covert investigation, homicide and major crime, disclosure and case management and vulnerability and public protection to name a few. Each of our services can be engaged individually or as a combination of one, two or all three services. We can act as design consultants only, we can design and develop programmes for organisations to deliver under licence (including train the trainer services) or we can do all three. The bespoke nature of the products Equinox offer allow for this kind of flexibility.
