   As a member of BNY Mellon’s Enterprise Command Center (ECC), Enterprise First Response (EFR), Distributed Response Team (DRT) and Network Response Team (NRT), responsibilities ranged from proactive/reactive monitoring and support of BNY Mellon’s complex distributed environments, including but not limited to Microsoft, Unix, Cloud operating systems as well as the applications that run on said platforms. First level support for all network incidents/alerts, including initial diagnostic, documentation gathering and escalation procedures to ensure network infrastructure is working as expected, and that network recovery of any lost connectivity had a timely restoration. Provided Level 0 and Level 1 support and performed scheduled maintenance & health checks of distributed resources and applications across Windows and UNIX platforms. Assured the safety and stability of corporate infrastructure and minimized customer impact caused by incidents, while continuously reviewing automation solutions for components under management.
