Regional Visual Merchandiser for 19+ DOS Boutiques and 12+ Wholesale/ Leased Accounts across Southeast Region including Special Events, Showrooms, New Store Openings, and Travel VM to support other Markets throughout NorAm.Personally Manage & Responsible for (6) Miami Market Stores: Miami Design District Men\'s Miami Design District Women\'sBal Harbour Shops – Flagship Aventura MallCoral Gables Merrick ParkDadeland Mall * Maintain and elevate visual displays across all selling floors.* Partner with Store Team, Store Directors, Market Director, Merch/ IP, OPS, SVP of Retail, Regional Visual Merchandising Manager, Southeast and Corporate Partners to address sales challenges and formulate strategies, leveraging visual display to action them.* Educate store team on VM standards and Weekly Guidelines.* Aid in the replenishment of items sold from displays.* Order and maintain appropriate levels of display props, meant to enhance visual presentation.* Provide regular, qualitative feedback and images to Corporate VM and Global WWVM Department.* Support window installations; working with Visual Operations Manager and Installation Vendors.* Assist with new store openings and renovations.* Leader with the ability to clearly communicate objectives.* Ability to interpret guidelines and adapt them in a manner consistent with Group standards.* High level of attention to detail.* Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize.* Strategic agility, able to change direction quickly as needed.* Excellent organizational and follow up skills.* A conceptual, resourceful, and innovative thinker.* Strong interpersonal skills to foster local and cross-functional relationships.* Strong time management skills.* Aid the Regional Visual Manager with the monthly scheduling of other VMs, as well as for new launches, Executive Visits, and Updates* Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
