Responsible for recruiting and career development for 15+ branches across NY/CT/MA/FL, to include any new branches or acquisitions within my territory-Track and report on recruiting and career development metrics, delivering information directly to the executive team on a weekly basis-Work with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs for field, sales, management and administrative roles at the branch level-Create and execute strategic staffing campaigns to attract and retain skilled Green Industry talent-Develop content and standard procedures for department playbook as well as official job descriptions and interview scorecards to be used by multiple internal teams-Plan for and attend multiple career fairs at Universities, Community Colleges, and Workforce Development Boards with the intention of connecting with both employment prospects and Faculty/Industry professionals-Build strategic partnerships with schools and community organizations through various different channels-Coordinate internal and external training programs for employees at all levels-Work with the Talent Acquisition team to define our Employer Value Proposition of Empowerment and engage in activities and initiatives that promote SavATree\'s employer brand
