ABOUT GERMAN BUKSH

I have over 10 years experience in the IT sector. My career path has gone from Salesforce.com Manager to Product Manager in one of the top-3 IT companies in Eastern Europe, where I run various product development teams in order to build key, high-value digital products- I have experience as a Salesforce Administrator and a Consultant in a Salesforce integrator. As a Project Manager in several manufacturing and fintech companies, I was in charge of CRM. I had a position of a Product Manager in a taxi mobile application (analogous to Uber)- I have launched projects for companies such as Google, Philips, Danone, Danfoss etc- I am a Certified Salesforce Admin and Sales and Service Cloud Consultant, Data Architect- I have worked in the B2B and B2C directions and was responsible for the Sales and Service directions in the manufacturing, fintech, pharma, and mobile solutions industries- My portfolio includes various projects in sales and automation of service processes, document management, CRM migration, customer scoring and user assessment as well as personal data protection. I have gained extensive experience with API (with external and internal systems)- I work according to the Agile philosophy and apply flexible methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). As Product Manager, coordinated a team of 11 people (6 developers, 3 testers, 2 administrators). Conducted the Scrum rituals (planning, retrospective, PBR).
