I have been working with Microsoft since 2005 in Japan before EMEA and being in the US since 2014. I have accumulated progressive Program/Project Management experience in IT Infrastructure & Technical Operation for global organizations. I have been involved with programs and projects in 100+ Microsoft data centers and collocations while travelling to 40+ sites in 4 continents. Currently managing a team of 15 members responsible for build fit-out and integrated services across our owned and leased data center portfolio in the US-West and Canada region. I am proud to dedicate my main focus in enabling success for my team members to make major business impact using MS coach/care principles. Previous achievement included managing a Multi-Million Dollar global build and lease projects (over 350MW last 12 months alone), as well as participating in key improvement initiatives such as integrating fit-out activities for our lease (IFO) with cost avoidance over $30M in AMERs alone. In pursuing continuous professional improvement, I am a multiple certified PMI professional (PMP, PgMP.)
