Sigma is a business process outsourcing provider specialising in credit and customer management services to the energy, financial services, telecommunications and retail sectors. Sigma helps its clients improve performance, meet regulatory compliance requirements and reduce costs by leveraging modern contact centre facilities, customer experience technologies, adaptive workflow, data analytics and class leading business processes. This position is the Group CTO with responsibility for strategy, innovation and support of the technologies used by the business across high availability contact centres in Birmingham, Redditch, Cape Town SA, Brisbane and our disaster recovery centres. The role is also directly accountable for our first class technical competency in the area of information security including PCI, ISO27001, GDPR and Financial Conduct Authority regulation. We excel at rapid, flexible, secure integration with client information systems and apply the same capabilities to scale our own rapidly expanding operations in a robust, secure, customer focused manner.
