As the sole Learning Experience Designer for North American and Latin American, I design and develop effective, memorable learning experiences for our Small and Medium-Sized Business organization. In my role, I enjoy connecting with our Subject Matter Experts (SME) and researching what our learners need. These research findings allow me to create instructional material relevant to all of our global-facing teams. My expertise is in eLearning development, in which I use a cornucopia of software programs, strategies, coding languages, and collaboration-driven creativity to make our team\'s vision come to life. Although everyday is a new adventure in the TikTok ecosphere, I regularly review and manage content, design and develop the broad outlines of our onboarding and foundational coursework, research pedagogical theories, and determine a variety of skills and knowledge our team members need to know to succeed in their roles.
