As a seasoned Apparel and Softgoods Professional I have had the opportunity to work with dozens of varied companies, from International Fashion Brands to fledgling Local Startups, and everything in-between. I relish in the process of exploring and creating desirable, well-designed objects. I have developed a deep understanding of patternmaking, honed over years of hand drafting, fitting, and sample sewing, as well as technical knowledge in the myriad of systems that have emerged and faded away as the Industry has transitioned from analog to digital.I am also generous of my gained knowledge and enjoy mentoring and managing others, whether they are direct reports, curious students, or unpaid interns.    Senior Technical Designer of- Mens Casual Outerwear- Mens Denim- Mens Woven Shirting- Mens Woven Underwear- Special ProjectsAs Senior TD my responsibilities include- Develop and Manage Tech Packs in my categories in both Ennovia and Centric PLM systems- Develop Patterns and Fit Blocks as needed based on current trends and design asks- Oversee and Manage direct reports and their workloads, stepping in where necessary- Work with overseas vendors to ensure consistency in fit and quality in production, via detailed fit notes, zoom calls, and travel- Advise my multiple design teams on construction choices, and assist in Adobe Illustrator sketches to ensure the best possible product at our price targets- Analysis and establishing solutions to improve underperforming products
