My extensive consulting experience is helping clients consider the entire Data, Analytics and AI operating model and not just the focus on technology in order to become successful. My recent role at Tesco allowed me to lead cross-functional technology working groups, where collaboration with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders crafted our overarching technological, data, analytics and AI direction. We were responsible for driving departmental strategies forward, creating robust roadmaps for Finance, HR, Property, and Legal, and I am proud to mentor a talented team dedicated to embedding architectural governance and data best practice into the technology landscape.Before Tesco, my career allowed me to shape my expertise in the field of data and analytics, which has always been at the heart of everything I do.
