ABOUT ENRICO GERBALDO
As a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, I’m in charge of direct and indirect taxes, with a particular focus on corporate income tax. I assist multinational companies – also listed – that operate in diverse sectors, such as automotive, industrial, food packaging, steel, manufacturing, real estate and services. I have gained significant experience in subjects, such as transfer pricing, international taxation, with recent in depth analysis of tax consolidation regimes, the deductibility of interest expense and of hybrid mismatch arrangements (Direttiva ATAD 1 e 2), the taxation of dividends (“Mother-Daughter” Directive), tax planning for multinational groups, reorganization of groups of companies, VAT on cross-border operations, in particular triangular and quadrangular operations and the implementation of consignment/call off stock contracts I also assist expatriates, inpatriates, natural persons, high net worth individuals and I deal with the reorganization of property tax for families and companies as well as inheritance tax. I regularly participate as a speaker at conferences on taxation matters. I hold the position of standing auditor in numerous boards of statutory auditors for companies in diverse sectors, such as industrial, fashion, construction, finance and real estate.
