Responsibilities:• Develops sketches and layout plans (3D/2D) in conjunction with the respective discipline engineer, project manager, and/or operations team to clarify specific issues such as clashes or verifications prior to moving ahead with generating detailed drawings. • Subsea design • Marine - Arrangement • Mechanical • Electrical • Structural• Consult with engineering discipline to ensure drawings meets engineering design approval before completing and final issue of drawing.• Management system (OpenText) and follow protocol to ensure all responsible individuals include their approval/signoffs on a drawing prior to distribution.• Develops specific drawings 2D & 3D and layout plan for Oil and gas facilities, Offshore drilling MODU, offshore processing plant (upstream /downstream) or shipyard upgrade repair/new build.• Generate the appropriate drawings to support all manner of floaters: ultra-deepwater, harsh environment, deepwater, and midwater.
