Securing property, attracting support to build a one-of-a-kind Center for Innovation Testing and Evaluation City “CITE” for next generation technologies. The “CITE” project contributed to the encouragement and need of another next generation start-up that was conceived it is for the transportation of data via laser light. “CITE” is shovel ready and “LL” has initiated.
