Manage the evaluation, development, and implementation of programs that have financial and operational impact to both the department and SCE. Represent SCE to contractors, suppliers, customers, regulatory agencies, and other parties as required- Influenced the creation of Operational Flow, Business Requirement Documentation (BRD), Invoicing Templates, and software solution tool designs for $[confidential] worth of Local Capacity Requirement (LCR) DSM Contracts. The LCR contracts are the first of their kind in the USA, and will shape future models for the acquisition and deployment of DSM resources by electrical utilities across the nation - Devised the invoice templates for 48 Energy Efficiency (EE) and Energy Storage LCR Contracts and trained the developers regarding the payment logic for the software solution tool - Accountable for the management of 26 contracts amounting to $242 Million and 114.8 MW of Capacity Savings- Collaborated with department colleagues to create, implement, and launch the Healthcare Innovative Technology EE Program designed to spark EE installations in smaller, cash-strapped medical facilities unable to be served by SCE’s existing Healthcare EE Program- Managed third-party implemented pay-for-performance programs of approximately 115 GWh of energy savings and 18 MW of demand reduction in Healthcare, Lodging, and Data Center sectors (20••••15)
