My role as part of this team involved meeting directly with the development teams of large multinational corporations to understand their business requirements and their use cases for our product. Based on their requirements, I advised the clients on potential solutions, the pros and cons of each solution, and provided code examples to help them implement those solutions.When a solution was not possible within our software\'s current feature set, I championed the clients\' needs internally and worked (and sometimes fought) with the product team to get the necessary features or bug fixes included in an upcoming release. Using my first-hand understanding of the clients\' requirements, I frequently implemented the features or fixes directly, while also keeping the clients informed of the progress to help them with their own release planning. Once released, I closed the communication loop the specific issue by notifying the clients and providing example code required to use the new feature.Technologies used: TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Electron, HTML, CSS, FDC3, Python, C++, Java.NET
