Lead counsel for M&A activity globally, and for support to the international business operations of PBI. This includes corporate/commercial (including contracts, M&A, compliance, etc) and HR legal support. Member of the board for each Pitney Bowes international subsidiary, Senior Manager in relation to the UK FCA regulated consumer hire and credit business, with experience of regulated business, significant global M&A experience and responsible for international employment law.Previously led legal support to the Global Ecommerce division of PBI, leading a US based team.Acted as sole contributor and led global legal teams. Formed part of executive management teams for business operations for 20+ years.
