Supports the organization by eliciting and documenting requirements, understanding complex business processes, and coordinating communication among the various groups. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Works closely with IT management and business partners to elicit requirements and document processes in support of delivering new business capabilities. • Partners with a diverse business community to document as-is and to-be business processes. • Documents clear and testable requirements which describe a system to be implemented. • Collaborates in the creation, review and approval of validation documents. • Recommends business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes. • Participates as a key member of implementation projects, which may include requirements gathering, application design, testing, validation and end-user knowledge transfer / training. • Helps facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams. • Evaluates and recommends changes to complex business processes as needed. • Provides industry best practices and support the change management process. • Provides functional advice or training to other team members. • Performs related duties as assigned or requested. • Manages day-to-day business interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects. Continually seeks and capitalize upon opportunities to increase stakeholder satisfaction and deepen stakeholder relationships. • Develop a knowledge base of supported business function’s objectives and processes. • Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on Projects.
