Gerard is a Partner in the London M&A Tax team of PwC where he has been based for the past 25 years. He is a Fellow of the ICAEW. He specialises in the provision of tax due diligence and M&A structuring and advisory services to large corporate and private equity clients.Between June 2005 and September 2006 Gerard was seconded to PwC\'s UK tax desk in New York where he provided international tax structuring advice to US parented clients. He has also completed a short secondment to the tax team of International Power. He has experience in UK and international mergers and acquisitions including buyer/seller due diligence, international structuring, capital market transactions and refinancing transactions.
