ABOUT GERARD MCCALLUM

I’m a government relations and public affairs executive with a strong record of helping complex development projects succeed, especially when navigating politics, policy, and public engagement. Over the past 20 years, I’ve led government strategy, entitlement approvals, and stakeholder engagement for major real estate and infrastructure projects, including SoFi Stadium and the LA Clippers’ Intuit Dome. I work directly with federal, state, and local officials, negotiate high-level development agreements, and build coalitions that get projects across the finish line. My work sits at the intersection of government, business, and community. Whether it\'s advancing legislation, managing regulatory reviews, or earning community trust, I bring a clear strategy, and the relationships needed to deliver lasting results. I care deeply about creating inclusive outcomes. I’ve negotiated hiring and contracting programs that drive real benefits for labor unions, local residents and minority-owned businesses while meeting project and political goals.
