About Gerard Abair
I have been in the military food service field for 13 years. I am also a Banquet Kitchen Supervisor at La Cantera Hotel and Resort. I have a passion for food service and hospitality business. Although I am not experienced in all areas, I am a fast learner and hard worker. I am willing to take on any task you throw at me and with the appropriate time and training I will master whatever task is given. I am not a quitter no matter how tough things may seem or how heavy the workload is, I always get the job done in the time frame that is allotted and with an above average quality. I take pride in my work so whatever I am doing I will do it to the best of my ability. I also bring to the table a great personality and I work extremely well with others. I am definitely a team player, I adapt to any situation even if they are extreme.
